Internet group Google, like online retailer Amazon, is experimenting with drone deliveries of goods.
Unmanned aerial vehicles have already been tested in Australia, Google acknowledged in German newspaper Berliner Zeitung on Friday. For example, drones can be deployed in hard-to-reach areas or in large cities with congested traffic.
Google’s long-term goal is for everyone to receive everything in one to two minutes. Google has been working on the project for two years now.
